Offer Summary

Clients who start a building or renovation project with Maverick Build NZ during October or November 2026 may be eligible to receive a $2,000 Mitre 10 voucher to upgrade their garden or outdoor space.

Eligibility

• Applies to new projects only.
• Minimum contract value of $50,000 (plus GST).
• Offer valid for residential building and renovation projects only.
• The building contract must be signed and the deposit paid within the promotional period.
• The project must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

• Valid from 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026.
• Contracts signed outside this timeframe are not eligible.

Garden Upgrade Voucher Details

• The promotion provides a $2,000 Mitre 10 voucher to help upgrade your garden or outdoor space.
• The voucher is subject to Mitre 10’s applicable terms and conditions.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher must be used in accordance with the issuer’s terms and conditions.

Exclusions

• Not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or negotiated pricing unless agreed in writing by Maverick Build NZ.
• Does not apply to:
  • Labour-only contracts.
  • Commercial projects.
  • Variations that bring the total contract value above $50,000 after the original contract is signed.

Payment Conditions

• The voucher will only be issued once:
  • The building contract is unconditional; and
  • The required deposit has been paid.
• If the project is cancelled or terminated, the promotion becomes void, provided the voucher has not already been issued.
• If the voucher has already been issued, any recovery or repayment will be handled in accordance with the applicable contract terms and the law.

Variations & Changes

• If the contract value falls below $50,000 at any stage, eligibility for the promotion is lost, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
• The voucher has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another project or credited against the building contract.
• Any unused voucher balance is subject to Mitre 10’s voucher terms and conditions.

Supply & Redemption

• Voucher availability and redemption are subject to Mitre 10’s applicable terms and conditions.
• Maverick Build NZ is not responsible for Mitre 10 product availability, stock shortages or supplier lead times.
• Any garden design, landscaping, labour, delivery or installation costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General Conditions

• Maverick Build NZ reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion before a client becomes eligible, subject to applicable law.
• This offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
